Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying Lighthouse AI Metrics. This page explains our approach to refunds clearly and honestly.
Free Trial
During your free trial period, you will not be charged. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not owe us anything.
Monthly Subscriptions
If you are on a monthly plan and the service did not work as expected or was not what you needed, contact us within 7 days of your most recent charge and we will issue a full refund of that payment, no questions asked.
After the 7-day window, monthly charges are generally non-refundable. However, we handle every situation with common sense. If something went wrong on our end, such as a prolonged outage, a billing error, or a feature that stopped working, we will make it right. Reach out to us and we will work with you.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual plans, if you request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment or your annual renewal, we will refund the full amount.
After 14 days, if you decide to cancel an annual plan mid-term, we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription, calculated by the number of complete months remaining. We believe you should only pay for what you used.
For example, if you are on an annual plan and cancel after 4 months of a 12 month cycle, we will refund you for the remaining 8 months.
What Is Not Refundable
Usage charges that have already been consumed, such as overage fees or one-time add-ons that were fully delivered, are not eligible for refunds. We also do not issue refunds for account suspensions that resulted from a violation of our Terms of Service.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the email address associated with your account along with a brief description of the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method and bank.
Our Commitment
We are a small team and we genuinely care about whether this product works for you. If you are unhappy for any reason, talk to us before you cancel. We would much rather fix the problem than lose you as a customer. But if the service is truly not a fit, we will make the refund process as painless as possible.
